Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a pinched nerve in the wrist which causes numbness and pain in the hand and arm. The carpal tunnel, located on the palm side of the wrist, is a narrow passageway that protects the main nerve to the hand and the nine tendons that bend the fingers.
