  3. Who are your biggest influences? Who do you admire most?
    My husband and closest friends.

  4. Can you discuss your prior skin issues- dry, cracked skin? How has this impacted your life? What is your biggest concern related to your skin, specifically on your feet/heels?
    No significant skin issues, but my heels are always constantly cracked. It doesn’t really impact my life but definitely feels yucky!

 

  1. What are your first impressions of the Silipos product we sent you? How did it add value to you? What did you like about it? How has using this product made your life easier/better?
    I was surprised at how simple the product is and that you quite literally just slip the soft skin heel sleeve on and it does the healing for you. The product, so far, has seemed to soften the skin on my heel.

  2. Would you recommend this product to other people? Why?
    I certainly would! For anyone who is self conscious about the roughness or dryness of their heels, it definitely helps!

     8. What is something that your followers do not know about you, that you find to be very important to your personal lifestyle?
Daily prayer is a huge part of my life that is THE most important contritubtion to my lifestyle.

 9. What keeps you motivated when you are faced with challenges?
The fact that I feel good after doing a workout keeps me motivated. I live for that feeling!

 10. What is one piece of advice you would give to someone suffering from winter or heel skin issues?
Exfoliate and moisturize daily!

 11. How do you structure your days? What do you like to do for fun?
Always workout right away in the morning. Get work done after a workout or spend time with my husband. In the afternoon, I enjoy going for a longer walk or doing a strength workout. For fun, I love hiking, biking, anything outdoors!

 12. How do you care for your body and health?
I eat healthy, listen to my body and exercise daily. Also, self care is super important so pamper days are a must!
